The Insulated Short Cruiser is made with Filson’s signature Shelter Cloth waxed cotton. Weighing 11 ounces per square yard, this fabric is midweight for Filson, yet still more durable than its imitators. Strong and flexible, Shelter Cloth comes from England’s famed British Millerand, pioneers of waxed cotton since 1880. The PrimaLoft insulation is lightweight and continues to trap heat even when wet. The collar and cuffs are lined with 100% cotton corduroy for comfort against the skin. Virtually unbreakable metal-shank buttons secure the front closure and waist-adjustment tabs. Large hand pockets plus flapped and slotted chest pockets.

FILSON'S TOUGHEST WAXED CANVAS
Born out of the need to protect themselves from thorns and briars in the rain-soaked Pacific Northwest, Filson's 15-oz. oil-treated Tin Cloth is relied upon by loggers, foresters, sportsmen and craftsmen. To make the famous fabric, a tightly woven canvas duck cloth is soaked under heat and high pressure with a mixture of Paraffin and oil, forcing the wax into the core of the natural cotton fibers. Filson's most durable waxed cotton fabric, Tin Cloth with Oil Finish, is tear, puncture, water and wind resistant, making it extremely reliable.
Care
Do not wash or dry clean -- brush or wipe clean with a damp rag. Rewax as needed to maintain maximum water resistance. To prevent the transfer of oils, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact between Filson oil finish goods and light-colored fabrics, especially in warm weather.

Free priority shipping on orders over SFr. 100. Orders are typically shipped the same day or the next business day (if ordered after 3 p.m.). Excludes Mondays (our day off).
We ship packages internationally via UPS. The total price, including shipping costs, customs duties, and VAT, will be displayed during the final step of the checkout process before you complete your purchase. All fees are already paid here in the store; nothing is due upon delivery (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
You can return most items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The prerequisite is that the items are returned in new condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, etc.). We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong item or a defective item, etc.).
You can expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks after the package is delivered to the post office/UPS, but in many cases, it will be faster. This timeframe includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from the carrier (1–3 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return after receipt (1 business day), and the time your bank, credit card company, Postfinance, Twint, etc., need to process our refund request (immediately up to 10 business days).
If you wish to return an item, please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
All items available for order are generally in stock and can be shipped immediately. If there are any errors, you will be notified right away.
Most, but not all, of the items featured in the online store are also in stock at the physical store. Motorcycle clothing may be put into storage during the winter due to space constraints, just as heavy sweaters, coats, and fall/winter hats may be put into storage during the summer.
Individual items and items on sale are also often in stock.
Red Wing and other shoes are available in the store year-round.

We will ship your order via Swiss Post within 2 days of receiving your order or payment. Orders are generally shipped together in a single package, not as separate shipments.
Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. For items that are not in stock, the average delivery time is 4 weeks. We will notify you the same day or the next business day if an item is out of stock. Please ask us about stock levels if you need the items urgently.
Orders and rates:
All orders are final. In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified by email or phone. If the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it. Shipments to the EU:
Shipping costs via UPS, customs clearance fees, and VAT are included in the total price (displayed during the final step of checkout). There are no additional charges upon delivery (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
Shipping costs for Switzerland / the Principality of Liechtenstein:
Orders with a purchase value of SFr. 100 will be shipped free of charge.
For orders with a purchase value of less than SFr. 100, we charge SFr. 7.00 for standard shipping and SFr. 9.00 for priority shipping.

Return Policy:
If you return the purchased items within 14 days in perfect condition and in their original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
