Deliveries are limited to shipping addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
We only ship brand-new products in their original condition.
Shipping terms:
We will ship your order via Swiss Post within 2 days of receiving your order or payment. Orders are generally shipped together in a single package, not as separate shipments.
Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. For items that are not in stock, the average delivery time is 4 weeks. We will notify you the same day or the next business day if an item is out of stock. Please ask us about stock levels if you need the items urgently.
Orders and rates:
All orders are final. In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified by email or phone. If the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it. We reserve the right to make changes to prices, product lines, and technical specifications. All offers are subject to change. Subject to incorrect information and printing errors. Payment

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the "purchase on invoice" payment method. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase via invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified timeframe, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting receivable and manages the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you also agree to our Terms and Conditions, which are those of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
Shipments to the EU:
Shipping costs via UPS, customs clearance fees, and VAT are included in the total price (displayed during the final step of checkout). There are no additional charges upon delivery (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
Shipping costs for Switzerland / the Principality of Liechtenstein:
Orders with a purchase value of SFr. 100 will be shipped free of charge.
For orders with a purchase value of less than SFr. 100, we charge SFr. 7.00 for standard shipping and SFr. 9.00 for priority shipping.
Resellers (B2B) upon request.
Return Policy:
If you return the purchased items within 14 days in perfect condition and in their original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Data protection:
British Parts collects and uses data for the purpose of processing orders and to make shopping as easy as possible for our loyal customers. Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
We store both open and completed orders. This information can be viewed at any time in the password-protected login area.
