We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can request a return through your customer account or contact us at info@britishpartsluzern.ch. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: British Parts, Sonnmatthof , 6023 Rothenburg, Switzerland
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the item is shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping terms:
We will ship your order via Swiss Post within 2 days of receiving your order or payment. Orders are generally shipped together in a single package, not as separate shipments.
Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. For items that are not in stock, the average delivery time is 4 weeks. We will notify you the same day or the next business day if an item is out of stock. Please ask us about stock levels if you need the items urgently.
Orders and rates:
All orders are final. In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified by email or phone. If the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it. MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the "purchase on invoice" payment method. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase via invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified timeframe, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting receivable and manages the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you also agree to our Terms and Conditions, which are those of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
Shipments to the EU:
Shipping costs via UPS, customs clearance fees, and VAT are included in the total price (displayed during the final step of checkout). There are no additional charges upon delivery (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
Shipping costs for Switzerland / the Principality of Liechtenstein:
Orders with a purchase value of SFr. 100 will be shipped free of charge.
For orders with a purchase value of less than SFr. 100, we charge SFr. 7.00 for standard shipping and SFr. 9.00 for priority shipping.

Return Policy:
If you return the purchased items within 14 days in perfect condition and in their original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Data protection:
British Parts collects and uses data for the purpose of processing orders and to make shopping as easy as possible for our loyal customers. Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
We store both open and completed orders. This information can be viewed at any time in the password-protected login area.
