The Carl Häßner collection is a tribute to the Zeha founder and his passion for soccer. Each of these models for men is based on one of the original designs of Zeha soccer boots from the 1950s. These high-quality leather shoes have an unmistakable vintage look with the flair of the old GDR Zeha soccer boots. Their padded insole offers pleasant comfort for everyday wear. The retro leather sneakers are designed in Berlin and handmade in Portugal using high-quality leathers from Europe.

Material & care
NOTE
Zeha Berlin shoes are made from high-quality materials. So that you can enjoy your new shoes for a long time, care instructions are included in every shoe box. Please read these carefully. Complaints resulting from improper care of the material cannot be accepted.
BEFORE WEARING FOR THE FIRST TIME
We recommend waterproofing new shoes before wearing them for the first time. This creates a waterproof layer inside the material. This provides protection against moisture and dirt.
Apply three fine sprays and allow the shoes to dry well in between to prevent stains. The shoe must not be soaked.
Don't forget the soles and edges when caring for your shoes.
For smooth leather shoes, we recommend applying additional polish after waterproofing. The shoe polish provides protection and shine to the leather from the outside.
Please note:
PUTTING ON AND TAKING OFF SHOES CORRECTLY
A shoehorn should always be used when putting on shoes. This prevents damage to the material and extends its durability.
Shoes should be removed by hand. Never remove the shoes from the heel with the toe. This will damage the back cap of the shoe and the shoe will wear out.
WEAR BREAKS AND HUMIDITY
Leather is a natural material that is exposed to damp weather and mechanical activity.
We therefore recommend shoe trees made from cedar or beech wood during breaks in wear. Shoe trees smooth out creases and help the shoe to dry.
Wet shoes should be dried immediately with a soft cloth and stuffed with paper towels/newspaper. Moisture is absorbed and the shoes are kept in shape. Then leave to dry slowly at room temperature.
Never expose the shoes to a direct source of heat (heater, open fire, etc.). Heat makes the leather brittle and dries it out irreparably.
Also, protect your shoes from direct sunlight to prevent color fading. We recommend using special waterproofing sprays to protect them from the sun (e.g., 4-Season Protector).
CARE OF EVA/RUBBER SOLES
The soles in the Athletic Heritage collection are designed to provide exceptional shock absorption. They are sturdy and durable. The sole material consists of lightweight EVA (a rubber-like material) combined with vulcanized rubber. This sole is not only very lightweight but also flexible. Our cup soles are made of abrasion-resistant rubber.
REPAIRS
Shoes are subject to the natural wear and tear of everyday life. Regular and thorough care can delay repair work. Correct care also means that the need for repairs is recognized earlier. Worn heels, outsoles, sole tips or heel linings should be replaced at an early stage to protect the surrounding material. We recommend visiting a specialist company that is familiar with the repair requirements. The work of professionals is more durable and of better quality.
Free priority shipping on orders over SFr. 100. Orders are typically shipped the same day or the next business day (if ordered after 3 p.m.). Excludes Mondays (our day off).
We ship packages internationally via UPS. The total price, including shipping costs, customs duties, and VAT, will be displayed during the final step of the checkout process before you complete your purchase. All fees are already paid here in the store; nothing is due upon delivery (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
You can return most items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The prerequisite is that the items are returned in new condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, etc.). We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong item or a defective item, etc.).
You can expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks after the package is delivered to the post office/UPS, but in many cases, it will be faster. This timeframe includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from the carrier (1–3 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return after receipt (1 business day), and the time your bank, credit card company, Postfinance, Twint, etc., need to process our refund request (immediately up to 10 business days).
If you wish to return an item, please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
All items available for order are generally in stock and can be shipped immediately. If there are any errors, you will be notified right away.
Most, but not all, of the items featured in the online store are also in stock at the physical store. Motorcycle clothing may be put into storage during the winter due to space constraints, just as heavy sweaters, coats, and fall/winter hats may be put into storage during the summer.
Individual items and items on sale are also often in stock.
Red Wing and other shoes are available in the store year-round.

We will ship your order via Swiss Post within 2 days of receiving your order or payment. Orders are generally shipped together in a single package, not as separate shipments.
Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. For items that are not in stock, the average delivery time is 4 weeks. We will notify you the same day or the next business day if an item is out of stock. Please ask us about stock levels if you need the items urgently.
Orders and rates:
All orders are final. In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified by email or phone. If the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it. Shipments to the EU:
Shipping costs via UPS, customs clearance fees, and VAT are included in the total price (displayed during the final step of checkout). There are no additional charges upon delivery (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
Shipping costs for Switzerland / the Principality of Liechtenstein:
Orders with a purchase value of SFr. 100 will be shipped free of charge.
For orders with a purchase value of less than SFr. 100, we charge SFr. 7.00 for standard shipping and SFr. 9.00 for priority shipping.

Return Policy:
If you return the purchased items within 14 days in perfect condition and in their original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
