THE STORY BEHIND THE STYLE:
The Weekender is an off-the-clock shoe that can stand up to adventure while still keeping things dialed down. The oxford and chukka styles were designed from the ground up to be light and comfortable right out of the box, with or without socks. But light doesn't mean the Weekenders are lightweights. They're made alongside our other boots at Plant 2 in Red Wing, Minnesota, with durable leather sourced from our S.B. Foot Tanning Company and a stitch-down construction that can be resoled for many years of faithful service. Weekenders let you play as hard as you work. You might even be tempted to keep them on come Monday.

SIZE AND BREAK-IN OF THE SHOES
A new pair of Red Wing Heritage boots should fit snugly but comfortably on the foot, with enough room for the toes to move freely. Red Wing shoes run large, so most customers buy Red Wing shoes half a size smaller than their other shoes.

MATERIAL AND CARE
Die robusten Sohlen, das Premium Leder, dreifache Nähte und die "Stitchdown" Konstruktion ergeben zusammen Qualitätsschuhe, die viele Jahre lang halten werden. Es braucht 230 Schritte ein Paar Red Wing Shoes von Hand herzustellen, aber es braucht nur drei Schritte um sie sauber, gepflegt und geschützt zu halten.

Free priority shipping from an order value of SFr. 100. Orders are usually dispatched on the same or the next working day (if ordered after 3 pm). Except Monday (our day off).
We ship parcels abroad with UPS. The complete price including shipping costs, customs duties and VAT will be displayed in the last step of the checkout before you complete your purchase. All costs are therefore already paid here in the store, nothing more is due on receipt (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The condition is that the items are returned as new (i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all labels etc.). We will cover the return costs if the return is due to an error on our part (you have received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You can expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of handing over the parcel to the post office / UPS, but in many cases it will be quicker. This time frame includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the carrier (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank, credit card company, Postfinance, Twint, etc. to process our refund request (immediate to 10 business days).
If you wish to return an item, please note whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
All items that can be ordered are usually available from us and can be dispatched immediately. You will be informed immediately in the event of errors.
Most, but not all, of the items displayed in the webshop are also in stock in the store. Motorcycle clothing may be in stock in winter for space reasons, just as heavy knitwear, coats or fall/winter hats may be in stock in summer.
Individual items and items on sale are also often in stock.
Red Wing and other shoes are in the store all year round.

Deliveries to the EU:
The shipping costs with UPS, fees for customs clearance and VAT are included in the total price (visible in the last step at checkout). There are no further costs upon receipt (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).

Orders with a purchase value of SFr. 100 or more will be shipped free of charge.
For orders with a purchase value less than SFr. 100, we charge SFr. 7 for Economy and SFr. 9 for Priority shipping.

Return policy:
If you return the purchased goods within 14 days in perfect condition and in the original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
