Shipping

• Orders placed before 4 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.
• Orders received after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will not be shipped until Tuesday, as we are closed on Mondays.

 

For orderstotaling SFr. 100 or more, we offer free shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein ( Post Priority).

For orders with a purchase value of less than SFr. 100.- we charge SFr. 7.- for Economy and SFr. 9.- for Priority, regardless of weight and size. 

Deliveries to the EU:

The shipping costs including all fees are shown in the last step at checkout. We ship the goods with UPS and the VAT is already charged at checkout in our webshop (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). No additional costs are due upon receipt.

Deliveries outside the EU:

The UPS shipping costs are shown in the last step at checkout. Costs for VAT, customs duties and any fees are incurred on receipt. We do not cover these costs.
