Die1920 NEWSBOY CAP ist eine Spielart unserer BAKERBOY. Sie besitzt 10% mehr Volumen im Kopf als die BAKERBOY. Dadurch fällt der Stoff lockerer und kann zur Seite geschoben werden. Die 1920 NEWSBOY ist eine lässige Kappe mit einem festen Schirm der leicht in Form biegbar ist und einem weichen runden Kopf, der aus acht Spitteln genäht ist. Ein Knopf oben auf dem Kopf ist zur Dekoration angenäht. Der Oberstoff ist bis zur Mitte über den Schirm gezogen. Die Kappe hat umlaufend einen Steg von 2 cm Breite.
Die 1920 NEWSBOY Shelter Black ist aus hochwertiger Merinowolle gewebt und in einem dunkelblau-schwarz anmutenden Farbton gehalten und passt sich so der Kleidung an. Der Stoff hat eine Grammatur von 320g und fällt angenehm weich. Ein schützender Begleiter für frischere Tage.
Der Stoff wurde von der traditionsreichen Weberei Marling & Evans in Nordirland gewebt. Gegründet wurde Marling & Evans schon im 16ten Jahrhundert und entwickelte sich schnell zu einer der bedeutendsten Produktionsstätten West Englands. Marling & Evans verarbeitet Stoff, ohne ihn zu färben. Inspiriert durch den Wunsch, Tweed ohne jegliche Umweltbelastung zu produzieren, haben sie ein Verfahren entwickelt, Farben und Strukturen in das Gewebe einzuweben.
Wer kennt sie nicht, die alten Schwarz-Weiß-Fotografien aus der Jahrhundertwende. Jeder trug eine Kopfbedeckung: Zeitungsjungen, Hafen- und Stahlarbeiter, Bauern, Bettler, Verbrecher, jedes Gewerk. Nur die noblen Herren und Damen trugen damals Hut. Die zahlreichen Varianten der Kappen waren für das rege Leben, meist für die Arbeit, aber auch für den Sport gedacht. Der Name Schieberkappe geht zurück auf die alte Berliner Bezeichnung „Schieber“ für Vorarbeiter. Auch diese Kappenart wurde wieder neu entdeckt, nun frei von Vorurteilen und Stand, eroberte sie Freigeister und Künstler. Aber ein Symbol trägt sie dennoch immer noch in sich. Denn keiner kann verkennen, dass ein Kappenträger oder eine Kappenträgerin eine Individualität versprüht, die ohne wesentlich geringer wäre.Free priority shipping from an order value of SFr. 100. We ship parcels abroad with UPS. The complete price including shipping costs, customs duties and VAT will be displayed in the last step of the checkout before you complete your purchase. All costs are therefore already paid here in the store, nothing more is due on receipt (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The condition is that the items are returned as new (i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all labels etc.). We will cover the return costs if the return is due to an error on our part (you have received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You can expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of handing over the parcel to the post office / UPS, but in many cases it will be quicker. This time frame includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the carrier (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank, credit card company, Postfinance, Twint, etc. to process our refund request (immediate to 10 business days).

All items that can be ordered are usually available from us and can be dispatched immediately. You will be informed immediately in the event of errors.
Most, but not all, of the items displayed in the webshop are also in stock in the store. Motorcycle clothing may be in stock in winter for space reasons, just as heavy knitwear, coats or fall/winter hats may be in stock in summer.
Individual items and items on sale are also often in stock.
Red Wing and other shoes are in the store all year round.

Delivery conditions:
We ship your order with Swiss Post within 2 days of receiving the order or payment. Orders are usually shipped together in one package and not in individual shipments.
Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. For items that are not in stock, the delivery time is on average 4 weeks. You will be informed on the same or following working day if an item is not in stock. Please ask us about stock levels if the items are needed urgently.
Orders & Prices:
All orders are binding. In case of delivery delays, you will be informed by email or telephone. You have the option to cancel the order if the delivery has not yet been shipped. We reserve the right to make price and assortment changes as well as technical changes. All offers are non-binding. We are not liable for errors and misprints. Payment

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the “purchase on account” payment method as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you also accept the POWERPAY terms and conditions in addition to our own (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
Deliveries to the EU:
The shipping costs with UPS, fees for customs clearance and VAT are included in the total price (visible in the last step at checkout). There are no further costs upon receipt (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).
Shipping costs Switzerland / Principality of Liechtenstein:
Orders with a purchase value of SFr. 100 or more will be shipped free of charge.
For orders with a purchase value less than SFr. 100, we charge SFr. 7 for Economy and SFr. 9 for Priority shipping.

Return policy:
If you return the purchased goods within 14 days in perfect condition and in the original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.

We save the open and completed orders. This data can be viewed at any time in the password-protected login area.
